NOTE: This order is what I find to be the best at avoiding going back and forth unnecessarily. The in-game list is in a different order and will often make you go back on yourself.

NOTE: This skyshard is in a quest location. Examine Radrase Alen to start the quest 'a walk above the clouds'.

During the quest you will need to perform a ritual, the order is... EAST, WEST, NORTH, SOUTH.

Later you will need to unseal the dragon cult temple, the order is... WHALE ON THE LEFT, SNAKE IN THE CENTER, EAGLE ON THE RIGHT.
